Remember a few months ago when Lindsay temporarily lost her brain and hijacked a car with three guys in it, running a red light and driving it down the PCH before getting pulled over and arrested for DUI and cocaine possession?

Well now, the three guys that were in the car, Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter, and Dante Nigro (nice name) are suing Linds. They’ve filed papers at the LA County Superior Courthouse this week, alleging that Lohan endangered their lives.

Lohan’s lawyer Ed McPherson tells TMZ that he doesn’t think anyone will take the filing seriously because “these guys had the night of their lives.”

Yeah, I guess a speedy, drunken, coked-out ride down the PCH with Lindsay Lohan does sound like the party of the year. What’s the big deal guys?
