Patrick Swayze has reportedly begun saying goodbye to his friends and family this week, after learning that his pancreatic cancer has spread to his liver.

Last month, Swayze told the New York Times that he was recovering steadily with the help of his chemo treatments. His cancer took a turn for the worst recently, however, and doctors have told him that his days are now numbered.

Swayze reportedly attended a party with his wife Lisa earlier this week, and guests at the event have reported that although Swayze had to remain seated almost the entire evening, he was able to chat at length with many of his friends.
