The owner of Heath Ledger’s old apartment (where he died) has temporarily pulled the rental property off the market after he was unable to find any takers for the luxury NYC home.

The owner was asking for a staggering $26,000 per month for rent on the apartment which has been on the rental market since July of this year.

Apparently no one is too excited about paying big bucks to kick it with The Joker’s ghost.
