Usher’s older bitchy wife and baby momma to his two kids, Tameka Foster is in stable condition after complications from a plastic surgery procedure.  Tameka reportedly flew to Brazil to have the procedure done, and according to sources, suffered “serious injury” during the operation.

Usher cancelled his appearance on the Recording Academy and Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy Gala on Saturday to be with Tameka.
