Vampires, horror flicks, and all things Hot Topic rejoice!  Evan Rachel Wood has reportedly been spotted hooking up with ex Marilyn Manson again.  The pair were caught leaving the W Hotel in LA together over the weekend.  Unfortunately we were unable to get information about which room they stayed in.  You’re better off just avoiding the entire hotel.
