No wonder Victoria Beckham never smiles. Apparently her husband David has been suffering from impotence for some time, but all that has supposedly been cured by a new wonder drug called USA Selikon, or so the product claims.

The Chinese ad, which also features Sean Connery and Keanu Reeves, has David’s dubbed voice saying,

Want to know how I can keep being strong and running on the football field? USA Selikon Capsules help me a lot. It’s also the secret weapon with which I can satisfy Victoria!

Apparently David claims he never said any of those things, and isn’t too happy about the situation.

No word yet on how Keanu feels about the advert, but we do know that he and his multiple girlfriends supposedly love USA Selikon. According to the ad, he says,

The feelings after my kidneys got washed by USA Selikon capsules are surprising. And my girlfriends were also surprised.
