She may be only 16, but Disney star, Demi Lovato has apparently already earned enough money to buy herself a house.  A $1.88 million house to be exact.

Demi reportedly signed the closing papers on a Toluca Lake, Los Angeles home recently.

The property, located near Burbank, CA, is in the same neighborhood as homes of fellow actors, Ashley Tisdale, Vanessa Hudgens, and Hilary Duff.  What is this, the Disney campus?  Probably so.  The Disney Studios are located just minutes away.
