Jenna Jameson has taken up blogging again after the birth of her twin boys, Journey Jette and Jesse Jameson, and of course, the first thing she revealed about their birth was that pushing them out was easy. The porn star attributed the fast and pain-free delivery to her strenuous exercise routine. She wrote,

I was blessed with a very easy labor, it lasted about 2 hours. When it came to pushing them out, I truly believe the 500 sit ups a day paid off. I was able to push my 5 pound Jesse out in 5 pushes. Journey who was 4lb 11oz was out in 3 pushes.

We’re pretty sure the sit-ups weren’t the only reasons her kids practically fell out of her vagina.
