People Magazine is reporting that Sean Penn went to court today in Marin County, CA to dismiss his legal separation case against his wife Robin Wright Penn.

The pair filed for separation for the second time about a month ago after Sean was spotted sucking face with Natalie Portman.  Evidently these two, who originally married in 1996, are old pros at the whole make-up/break-up game.  They separated for the first time in December, 2007, and got back together in April, 2008.
