Kiefer Sutherland and his headbuttee, Jack McCollough have reportedly reached an agreement in Kiefer’s misdemeanor assault case, clearing the way for all charges relating to the incident to be dropped.

Kiefer is still due in court on June 22, but sources say that without Jack as a complaining witness, prosecutors will likely drop the case.
