Simon Cowell’s ex girlfriend Terri Seymour has just been granted a temporary restraining order against Janice Thibodeaux, the woman who allegedly attempted to choke her outside of the American Idol Finale last week.

Terri filed the restraining order in LA County Superior Court yesterday, stating that Terri was afraid that Janice would come after her again, and that the the incident left her “in fear for her life and caused her severe emotional distress”.

Janice is due in court to face her charges on June 4th.
