Miley Cyrus’ Little Sister Noah In A Bathing Suit
Billy Ray Cyrus recently let his 9-year-old daughter Noah out of the house and onto the red carpet dressed like this. The other little girl pictured here is Noah’s little friend, Hannah Montana actress Emily Grace Reaves.
Emily’s publicist snapped these pics of the two playing act-like-Miley at actress Brittany Curran’s 19th birthday party last weekend. Reactions?

Oh and I read that it was a retro themed pool party, which explains the outfits. I think they look adorable.

As far as bathing suits go, a nine year old could find something much more revealing. I think they are perfectly appropriate (and with the skirting, even maybe more modest than a normal bathing suit) for a girl that age. The makeup is a little much, and I would never let a kid that age drink red bull, but I think they look very cute.
