According to the NY Post, Jon Gosselin was spotted speaking with a certain “high-powered divorce attorney” in NYC just days ago.  A source is reporting that Jon even gave his recent People Magazine interview at said lawyer’s office.

The soon-to-be-ex-husband of Kate, who has been spotted lately hanging out at various bars with various women, recently told E! News, “it’s a private matter. We’ll handle it privately”.

Other sources say that Kate is desperate to keep the illusion of the marriage going for the sake of the show, even though the pair have technically been separated for months.
