Kelly Rutherford Gives Birth To A Baby Girl

Let the custody battles begin! Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford gave birth to a baby girl in a LA hospital at 10 PM last night.

Her future ex-husband Daniel Giersch was not present at the birth.

Kelly is currently in the midst of a bitter custody war against Daniel concerning the care of their 2-year-old son Hermes. They’re both now legally gearing up to fight for the new baby girl as well.
