Britney Spears and her ex-husband K-Fed came to a new custody agreement concerning their kids Jayden James and Sean Preston earlier today.  Court documents show that for the first time in months, Britney will have physical custody of the kids for more time than her ex.

The new agreement stands through the end of Britney’s tour in August, and will revert back to the previous half and half arrangement in September.
