Living on a million dollar farm with eight kids and a crazy wife is no way to pick up hot chicks.  That’s why Jon Gosselin is looking at a possible move to Trump Place in NYC.  The Jon and Kate Plus 8 dad with a love of 23-year-old girls, was spotted on the elevator heading up to the 8th floor of Donald’s building with a realtor on Monday.  Witnesses say that Jon’s eyes appeared to be bloodshot from all the crying and pot smoking.

Other sources add that Jon, who hasn’t slept with his wife Kate in over a month, is planning to file his divorce papers next week after the airing of the very special 1-hour episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8.
