Jon and Kate Gosselin were spotted filing their divorce papers at the Bucks County Courtroom in PA today - just a few days after their 10th anniversary. No word yet on whether or not TLC cameras were around to capture the milestone.

Tonight’s episode of their show Jon and Kate Plus 8 will most likely focus on the split. The couple have eight kids and a 40-episode TV deal together.
