Hayden Panettiere and some old dude named Steve Jones were spotted sucking face and rubbing each other down with sunblock at the Cannes Film Festival a couple months ago, but they haven’t been seen together since.

Hayden finally told reporters today that she dumped Steve because he was just too far away. She said,

I’m not dating anyone specifically and I’m not looking for a house with anyone. I’m single and mingling - Steve lives in London, the distance is a bit too much.
