Michael Jackson Gets His Own Moon Crater
The Lunar Republic Society has just decided to rename a 13.5 meter-wide crater on the moon “Michael Joseph Jackson”, in honor of the late pop singer.
The crater, located in the Lake of Dreams, used to be called Posidonius J, but that’s just boring, and not named after a dead guy. Michael already technically owns a 1,200 acre plot of moon right next to said crater. He purchased it in 2005, along with another plot of land in the Sea of Vapors.
