A London High Court judge granted Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil a divorce on the grounds of her adultery earlier today.

In court papers, Blake who identified his occupation as “music video producer”, stated that he was asking for the split because he found Amy to be “intolerable”. He also claimed that Amy admitted to cheating on him last April.

Amy and Blake were married two years ago, but have been separated for months. Blake is currently expecting a baby with a drug addict that he met in rehab months ago. Amy returned just yesterday to the UK from a six-month vacation in St. Lucia.

Their divorce, which was granted in a matter of seconds, is expected to be final in six weeks.
