The Manhattan D.A. has just found Kiefer Sutherland’s May head-butting incident that left designer Jack McCollough with a broken nose, to be too petty to bring to trial. The D.A. flat out rejected the case against the actor earlier today.

The L.A. City Attorney has also dropped all intentions to try Kiefer on a probation violation for the incident, allowing Kiefer to walk away from the whole mess scot free.
