Burn Notice’s Jeffrey Donovan was arrested for DUI in Miami Beach on July 12 after a cop pulled him over for almost hitting a parked police vehicle on the side of the road.

Jeffrey admitted to drinking three glasses of wine and some Benadryl at the Fontainebleau hotel before getting into his car. He told the cop, “I really think I’m only borderline and not too drunk”, before failing a field sobriety test.

He’s facing up to six months in jail if convicted.
