Heidi and Spencer Pratt are back in full effect. The gruesome twosome were spotted shopping for baby things at Kitson Kids yesterday. Spencer decided to set the rumors off by posing for photos with his hand on Heidi’s tummy.

We’re pretty sure Heidi’s just fat, and the pair are just starved for attention. As you may recall, Speidi, who supposedly didn’t have sex till they were married, faked their first pregnancy scare for cameras on season two of The Hills.
