Robin Wright Penn filed for divorce last week from her husband Sean for the third time since they married in 1996. The couple reconciled after both previous break-ups. This time around, they’re supposedly planning to actually go through with it.

Robin’s papers, filed on August 12, cite “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. The couple plans to divide all of their property and share custody of their 16-year-old son Hopper Jack.
