Fertility specialist Dr. Zev Rosenwaks revealed yesterday that he had recently implanted an 8-year-old embryo into Celine Dion. The embryo was frozen in liquid nitrogen around the same time as the in vitro fertilization of Celine’s first kid, Rene-Charles. According to Dr. Rosenwaks,

She came back to have the embryos transferred back because she wanted to have another baby.

She was very happy. So was Rene (the husband). They are both very thankful. She is feeling well. So far, so good. I look forward to hearing the fetal heartbeat. Rene and Celine are both looking forward to pregnancy that is a healthy one.

The 41-year-old singer announced her pregnancy yesterday through her rep.
