The First Republic Bank reportedly filed an order in a San Francisco court last week, after the Laird Norton Tyee Trustee Company tried to access Courtney Love’s daughter Frances Bean Cobain’s $1.2 million trust fund.

Courtney’s lawyer claimed yesterday that they had given permission to the trust to move the money to another bank. He accused the bank of filing the order to prevent themselves from losing their rich customers.

All of the funds are now on hold until the court makes a ruling on who can touch the money.
