David Letterman’s Extortionist Pleads Not Guilty
David Letterman’s extortionist, Robert Halderman has just pleaded not guilty to first degree attempted grand larceny. Hes faces 5-15 years in prison if convicted.
He’s now being held on $200,000 bond.
Update: Robert has just been released after posting bail. Before letting him go, the judge in the case issued a temporary restraining order, requiring Robert to stay away from Dave. No word yet on when he’ll be required to return to court.
