Nicole Richie may have just hired Chris Brown’s lawyer to defend her in her recent car accident case.

Tamar Arminak, a partner from attorney Mark Geragos’ office, was seen arriving at Nicole’s house yesterday afternoon, along with private investigator Scott Ross.

According to sources, Nicole had suspicions that the photographer who hit her car did so intentionally to get in the news. She’s reportedly considering a lawsuit against him.
