The owners of a house that Kevin Federline rented earlier this year are suing him for failing to pay his last six months of rent, and breaking stuff, making a mess, and spitting on the exterior of the home.

According to the home owners, Britney Spears’ sperm donor left the home with cigarette butts and empty beer bottles everywhere, spit and drawings on the walls, and a broken dishwasher, smoke detectors, and lights.

They also claim that K-Fed didn’t water their poor plants, stole the garage door opener, and did a few unauthorized renovations to the home - like building a home studio and tinting the windows in the master bathroom.

They’re asking for $110,661 in compensation for damages and unpaid rent.
