Jon Gosselin has finally returned the $180,000 in unauthorized funds that he had previously taken from his family’s joint bank account.

His lawyer Mark Heller announced the news this morning, along with an accusation that Kate had yet to do the same with $55,000 that she had taken out. Kate had previously claimed that the money had been used to pay the family’s bills, but it looks like Mark doesn’t care. He told reporters today that Kate has until the end of the day today to return the cash to avoid facing contempt proceedings against her on Monday.
