We mentioned a few days ago that the Santa Barbara prosecutor threatened to extradite Randy and Evi Quaid from Texas after they failed to show up for two hearings in a row. Well it turns out, they never did go through with that extradition, and instead, just rescheduled their hearing date again - for today. The Quaids skipped out on that one as well however, and now, the prosecutor is really getting those extradition papers ready.

The papers will take about four weeks to process.

Randy and Evi are facing a number of charges for skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch a few weeks ago.
