Nicole Richie has just been granted a temporary restraining order against two photographers who slammed into her car a few weeks ago.

The photogs, named Ivon Miguel and Bam Bam, will now be required to stay 100 yards away from Nicole, her kids, and her staff. Nicole’s lawyers argued today that the paparazzi had been harassing Nicole, and stalking her family. The lawyers will be back in court next month to make the restraining order permanent.
