25-year-old Chidi Uzomah, that guy arrested for following Ryan Seacrest to work last week, was charged earlier today with one count of felony stalking, and two misdemeanors for disobeying a prior court order when he attacked a guard at Children’s Hospital in the O.C.

Chidi faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
