Randy and Evi Quaid skipped out on their fourth court hearing in Santa Barbara yesterday.

The couple are currently on the hook for not paying a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch a few weeks back.

Last week, the Santa Barbara prosecutor announced that he was filing extradition papers to have the couple forcibly moved over for their hearing from their home in Texas. Those papers could take up to four weeks to go through.
