According to TMZ, the existence of a racy sex tape was the real reason why Carrie Prejean settled her lawsuit with Miss California USA Pageant officials the other day.

Apparently, the pageant lawyers got their hands on the extremely graphic and non-Jesus-approved video, and showed her only about 15 seconds of it, before she agreed to walk away with nothing.
