Word has it that Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley is now in the process deciding whether or not to file a defamation lawsuit against Michael Lohan, for the audio clip that he leaked this morning of Lindsay having a massive meltdown over the phone.

He’s also getting a restraining order out against Michael on behalf of Lindsay, and looking into whether or not Michael violated a criminal protective order when he went public with Lindsay’s private breakdown.
