According to a Bahamian newspaper report, the jury in the John Travolta case was all ready to find Pleasant Bridgewater and Tarino Lightbourne guilty of extortion right before Picewell Forbes ruined everything by causing a mistrial.

The jury voted 6-3 in favor or conviction, where at least 6 votes were required to convict the parties.

No plans have yet been made for a retrial.
