Here’s James Gandolfini giving a little Halloween treat to someone who he caught video taping him in NYC.

The actor was apparently out trick or treating with his son when he noticed the photographer catching some video footage. After the camera stopped rolling, the photographer was supposedly attacked by one of James’ friends, who ended up breaking his camera. No word yet on whether or not he plans to sue.
