Joe Jackson is apparently pissed off about the fact that Michael Jackson deliberately left him out of his will, but not to worry, he’s found another way to get some of that money. Joe filed papers on L.A. County Superior Court today, asking for a $15,425 monthly allowance to cover his minimal expenses. Those include:

- $2,500 for eating out
- $2,000 for air travel
- $3,000 for hotel bills
- $1,000 for groceries
- $1,200 for rent (cheap rent!)
- $50 in charitable contributions (cheap bastard)

In his court docs, Joe claimed that Michael had intended for his wife Katherine to split her allowance with him. He added that Michael’s estate earned over $100 million since Michael’s unfortunate death, and he believed that he was entitled to some of that money.
