Felony charges against Sean Penn were dropped in court today, after prosecutors concluded that Sean did not commit a felony when he allegedly kicked a cameraman at the Brentwood Country Mart in California.

The photographer, Jordan Dawes filed the battery report against Sean last month.

Prosecutors working for the L.A. D.A’s office are now trying to decide whether or not to hit Sean with misdemeanor charges.
