Michael Lohan is now facing possible prison time for violating a protective order which had banned him from contacting his ex-wife Dina until the year 2011. The order was issued in 2005 in Nassau County, New York.

According to Dina’s attorney’s, the tapes that Michael released could be used as proof that he violated the order by calling Dina on the phone in 2008. Dina’s attorneys are now working with the Nassau County D.A. on the case.
