The Today Show canceled Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s appearance with Al Roker this morning, and blamed a “change in the show’s schedule” for the scrap.

The pair’s first battle against Al back in June made Heidi cry. The couple were supposed to appear for round two this morning to promote their new book “How to be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press, and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture”. The Today Show did not announce any plans to reschedule the appearance.
