Joe Jackson filed papers in the California Court of Appeals yesterday, challenging the Superior Court judge’s decision to keep him out of Michael Jackson’s will.

Joe is insisting that Michael’s signature on the will was forged, and that Jon Branca and John McClain should not be legally serving as the executors of the will.

The will named Michael’s children and mother Katherine as beneficiaries, but not Joe. Joe is asking for $15,425 per month from the estate to cover his living expenses.
