Lindsay Lohan is going places these days. According to Life & Style, not only is she seeing a therapist two to three days per week now, but she’s also signed on to do a naked threesome photo shoot for French magazine, Purple.

First up: Therapy. Some friend of Lindsay’s said yesterday,

She goes two, sometimes three times a week. This is not a program or substance-abuse counsellor or police officer watching over her; it’s someone to talk to in a confidential state. She knows, and everyone knows, this is a huge stepping-stone for her - get in there, talk to someone, figure out what’s going on and then try to fix it. First comes the diagnosis.

Now the threesome news: Lindsay (who you might recall, turned down Playboy earlier this year) has accepted an offer to pose topless in a simulated threeway sex scene for photographer Terry Richardson. The shoot will feature a man and another woman. Apparently Lindsay is doing this to make her ex, Samantha Ronson jealous. Looks like the therapy’s working.
