Tila Tequila is now trying to make a deal with 4tube.com - the site that posted footage from a sex tape that was allegedly stolen off her computer two years ago. Her lawyer has just fired off a letter to the site, asking for $280,000 cash and removal of the video in exchange for a swift settlement of the case.

According to the letter, the site has 2 weeks to respond with a counter offer. If they don’t, Tila will be going ahead with the lawsuit.
