News was making the rounds yesterday that Michael Lohan was arrested in Medford, New York over the weekend for violating a restraining order by calling his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller on the phone. The report however (at least according to Michael himself) is false. He told reporters that he wasn’t arrested, he was simply processed and released.

He also, as usual, added that he had taped conversations, photos, and videos to prove that he wasn’t lying.

The restraining order was put in place in April, after Michael threatened to kill Erin and himself when she tried to end their relationship. Erin filed a complaint with the cops over the weekend, accusing Michael of violating the order by calling her. Michael claimed that he willingly responded to the complaint, but was never arrested.
