Michael Lohan’s New Mugshot

Michael Lohan is still insisting that he wasn’t arrested over the weekend.

The photo on the left is his new mugshot, because apparently those people in the jail enjoy taking pictures of random people for the fun of it.

That’s his old mugshot (taken about a month ago) on the right.
