Randy and Evi Quaid skipped out on their fifth court appearance in Santa Barbara today, so the judge in the case issued a warrant for their arrest, and set their new bail at $40,000.

The couple were accused of failing to pay a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch a few months ago. They have since failed to make a single court appearance.
