Steven Burkey, who was arrested earlier this week for stalking Jennifer Garner outside of her daughter Violet’s nursery school, has just been charged with two counts of felony stalking, and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order.

Jennifer had been granted a restraining order against Steven last year, after he began sending her packages and letters, and following her across the country.

Steven is facing up to four years in prison if convicted.
