The judge in the Jon and Kate Gosselin divorce case signed the official split papers today, according to Kate’s lawyer Mark Momjian.

Under the agreement, Kate will continue to live in the former couple’s PA home with the children, and Jon will live in his NYC apartment. Kate released a statement today about the divorce, saying,

I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children.

No details were given on how the pair’s assets were divided.
